MySingaporeDriver is the best executive chauffeur service in Singapore for most business travellers. One operator covers Changi arrivals, meeting days, client dinners, and departures, and also offers monthly and driver-only arrangements for executives based in Singapore. Singapore Chauffeur Service is the better pick if you want a monthly plan before requesting a quote. Limousine Service Singapore suits client evenings. The trade-off with MySingaporeDriver: prices come from its booking form, not a published rate card. Details: MySingaporeDriver’s chauffeur service.

How we ranked these providers
We read each provider’s own website on 24 November 2026: service pages, vehicle lists, published rates, what the rates include, waiting time, and change and cancellation terms. For Titanium Limousines, we also read a press release it issued in September 2026. We did not book trips. We didn’t use review scores because we didn’t have comparable review data for every provider.
The ranking weighs five things, in this order:
- How much of an executive’s week one provider can cover (arrival, meeting days, evenings, departure)
- Whether there is a monthly or recurring option for executives based in Singapore
- A price you can see, with what it includes, before you commit
- Waiting, change and cancellation terms stated in writing
- How easy it is to book from another time zone
Which Singapore chauffeur company suits a CEO or senior executive visiting for a week?
For a week-long visit, book one provider for the whole stay rather than separate cars for each movement. The chauffeur learns the schedule, the car waits between meetings, and you have one contact if a meeting moves. MySingaporeDriver fits this best. Its executive car service offers point-to-point transfers or hourly service and operates 24/7, including midnight flight pickups. It recommends booking 48 to 72 hours ahead and also accepts last-minute bookings.
What the meeting days cost. Here is a sample week priced from each provider’s published rates: three 8-hour meeting days in an executive sedan, 24 hours in total.
| Provider | Executive sedan rate | 3 days × 8 hours | What the rate includes | Add for a fair comparison |
| MySingaporeDriver | Instant price in its online booking form | Price shown at booking | MySingaporeDriver says its rates are all-inclusive; its chauffeur page lists fuel, ERP, tolls and parking | Nothing, per MySingaporeDriver |
| Singapore Chauffeur Service | S$105/hr | S$2,520 | ERP, fuel, tolls, parking | GST isn’t stated. If 9% is added: S$2,746.80 |
| Limousine Service Singapore | S$90/hr | S$2,160 | ERP, fuel, tolls, parking, GST | Late-night trips from S$20 each |
| Hourly Chauffeur Singapore | S$95/hr | S$2,280 | ERP, fuel, tolls, parking, GST | Overruns past 15 minutes round up to the next hour |
| Titanium Limousines (E-Class) | S$70/hr | S$1,680 | Not stated | Ask whether ERP, parking and GST are extra |
| Goldbell | Quote only | Quote only | Vehicle, insurance, fuel, parking, ERP, chauffeur | GST is added on top |
| SIXT ride | Shown in its booking flow | Shown at booking | Not stated on its Singapore page | Ask what the fixed price covers |
Three of the published sedan rates sit within S$15 of each other: S$90 at Limousine Service Singapore, S$95 at Hourly Chauffeur Singapore and S$105 at Singapore Chauffeur Service. Over 24 hours, that is a S$360 spread. What’s included can matter as much. GST in Singapore is 9%, so a rate that leaves out GST from a GST-registered operator costs 9% more than it looks: on S$2,520, that’s S$226.80. Titanium’s E-Class is S$480 cheaper than Limousine Service Singapore over the 24 hours before any extras, but its site doesn’t say what the S$70 covers.
The evening and the airport legs. A 4-hour client dinner in a First Class Sedan costs S$920 at Limousine Service Singapore or Hourly Chauffeur Singapore (S$230/hr), and S$760 in a Titanium S-Class (S$190/hr). Limousine Service Singapore requires a 6-hour minimum for a Maybach or Rolls-Royce, so the lowest spend is S$7,200. For airport transfers, Airport Transfer Singapore charges S$90 for arrival in a Premium MPV and S$80 for departure, GST included.
Which companies provide monthly chauffeur service in Singapore for executives?
MySingaporeDriver and Singapore Chauffeur Service both offer monthly chauffeur arrangements for executives in Singapore. MySingaporeDriver’s monthly packages come with consolidated billing, optional reporting and priority dispatch. It also offers a driver-only service if the company already has a car. Singapore Chauffeur Service explains how it builds its price: an hourly rate applied to the agreed pattern of days and hours, with a backup driver when the regular driver is away. Goldbell supplies a rental car with a driver for companies that want the vehicle on a rental account.
Under Singapore Chauffeur Service’s method, a 4-hour-per-day pattern over 20 working days totals 80 hours. At S$105/hr in an executive sedan, that’s S$8,400 for the month before any arrangement-specific terms. Its page warns against underestimating the pattern to lower the quote, because trips outside it are likely to cost more.
| Model | What you pay for | Who covers a sick day | Fits when |
| Hourly bookings as needed | The hours you book, with a 3-hour minimum per booking | The provider | The schedule is irregular |
| Monthly chauffeur package (MySingaporeDriver, Singapore Chauffeur Service) | An agreed pattern of days and hours, billed monthly | Singapore Chauffeur Service says it covers a backup driver. Ask MySingaporeDriver | The executive’s week looks the same most weeks |
| Driver-only service (MySingaporeDriver) | A chauffeur for your own vehicle | Ask the provider | The company already owns or leases the car |
| Rental car with a driver (Goldbell) | The vehicle and driver under a rental account | Ask Goldbell | The company wants the car on its fleet or rental terms |
| Employing a driver directly | Salary, plus employer obligations such as CPF for citizen and PR employees, and leave | You arrange relief cover | The company wants a driver on its own payroll |
Lead times differ too. MySingaporeDriver says long-term arrangements take 2 to 3 weeks to set up. Singapore Chauffeur Service agrees on the minimum term and notice period for each schedule and doesn’t publish standard figures.
Which chauffeur companies are best for executive meetings and multi-stop business days?
For a day with several meetings, book by the hour rather than by transfer. The car waits between meetings, stops cost nothing extra, and you don’t have to rebook a pickup after each meeting. Hourly Chauffeur Singapore and MySingaporeDriver both keep the chauffeur on standby with no waiting charge during the booked hours and allow a 15-minute grace period before charging the next hour. Hourly Chauffeur Singapore also states that stops are included. Limousine Service Singapore charges S$20 for each extra stop on a transfer.
Transfers can still cost less on a light day. Titanium Limousines publishes both models for the same E-Class: S$80 per point-to-point transfer, or S$70/hr. An 8-hour day costs S$560, the same as 7 transfers. With fewer than 7 legs and no car waiting, transfers cost less on paper. You lose the standby car if a meeting overruns or moves.
Which Singapore chauffeur companies are reliable for business travellers?
You can’t test a chauffeur company before the executive lands. Still, you can check what it commits to in writing and what a late flight or a moved meeting would cost. Look for a grace period on pickups, a stated charge once it runs out, and a change window and a cancellation window. MySingaporeDriver, Singapore Chauffeur Service and Hourly Chauffeur Singapore all state that their chauffeurs hold a Private Hire Car Driver’s Vocational Licence (PDVL). MySingaporeDriver also says it provides insurance documents on request.
| Provider | Grace on pickups | After the free time | Change notice | Late cancellation |

| Airport Transfer Singapore | 15 min | From S$20 per 15 min | Not stated | Not stated |
| Goldbell | Not stated | A late airport arrival converts to a 3-hour booking after a second pickup attempt | Not stated | 50% within 24 hrs; full within 12 hrs |
| SIXT ride | Not stated | Price stays fixed if arrangements are delayed | Not stated | Free up to 1 hr before |

The rankings
All ten providers, ranked against the five criteria above.
1. Best for the whole executive week: MySingaporeDriver
MySingaporeDriver is a Singapore chauffeur service for corporate and private clients. For business travellers, its edge is its range. MySingaporeDriver offers ad-hoc corporate chauffeur bookings, hourly charters, airport transfers, executive car service, monthly chauffeur packages, and a driver-only service, so one operator can handle arrival, meeting days, and standing arrangements for a relocated executive. Simple trips are booked through its online form, which shows the price right away. Multi-stop, VIP or long-term bookings go through WhatsApp, phone or email. It takes corporate billing and invoicing (subject to approval), cards, bank transfer and PayNow.

Good fit for: a travel manager booking a CEO’s week, and HR teams setting up a car and chauffeur for an executive who has moved to Singapore.
Watch-outs: you can’t price a week from its pages without using the booking form, and long-term arrangements need 2 to 3 weeks to set up.

2. Best for a monthly plan you can price in advance: Singapore Chauffeur Service
Singapore Chauffeur Service covers airport, hourly, corporate and monthly chauffeur work. Its monthly page explains the price before you ask for a quote: the hourly rate applied to the agreed days, hours and routes. It covers a backup driver if the regular one is unavailable. The schedule agrees to the same driver every day, but doesn’t guarantee it by default. Corporate accounts get one consolidated invoice, with billing cadence and PO details agreed before the account opens. singaporechauffeurservice.com

| Late night (23:00-06:59) | Plus 20% to 25%, by vehicle |
Good fit for: companies with an executive on a fixed weekday pattern who want to budget before they ask for a quote.
Watch-outs: GST isn’t stated on its pages, and standard confirmations take 24 to 48 hours.
3. Best for client-facing evenings: Limousine Service Singapore
Limousine Service Singapore lists corporate work for executives, board members and client visits, billed by the hour. It openly lists the top end of the market: a First Class Sedan at S$230/hr and a Mercedes-Maybach or Rolls-Royce at S$1,200/hr. Every quoted fare includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST, so the number you see is the number you pay before surcharges. | Extras | Late night from S$20 a trip; extra stop S$20 |
Good fit for: an executive hosting clients at dinner, or a board member’s evening event.
Watch-outs: a deposit is needed to confirm, and the 48-hour change rule doesn’t suit a schedule that moves on the day.
4. Best for budgeting a fixed meeting day: Hourly Chauffeur Singapore
Hourly Chauffeur Singapore sells cars by the hour, half day or full day, with no day-rate cap. Its S$95 hourly rate for an executive sedan includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST. The chauffeur stays on standby for the whole booking, and stops inside the booked hours cost nothing extra. That makes a fixed meeting day easy to budget to the dollar. Bookings and changes need 48 hours’ notice, so it suits a schedule set two days ahead. It states that its chauffeurs hold a PDVL and that it runs 24/7. hourlychauffeursingapore.com

| Peak and event periods | Plus 30% to 150%; F1 and Airshow quoted separately |
Good fit for: an executive assistant locking in a full meeting day two days before the visit.
Watch-outs: overruns past the 15-minute grace period round up to a full hour, and long days don’t get a discount.
5. Best when only the airport legs need a car: Airport Transfer Singapore
Airport Transfer Singapore covers Changi Terminals 1 to 4, Jewel, and Seletar, with a flat fare per vehicle agreed before travel. Fares include tolls, ERP, airport entry, parking, fuel and GST, with no metering or surge. Drivers wait outside the arrival hall exit at the doors nearest the baggage belt. For companies, it offers corporate accounts with consolidated invoicing, cost-centre references and a monthly account option. That helps an assistant who books the same directors in and out every month. airporttransfersingapore.com

| Covers the full executive week | Limited | Airport-first; hourly hire is available but meetings come second |
| Monthly or recurring option | Good | Monthly account option and recurring journeys on corporate accounts |

| Waiting after the free time | From S$20 per 15 minutes |
Good fit for: companies that bill each director’s airport runs to a cost centre.
Watch-outs: no sedan fare is listed, and large vehicles need 48 hours’ notice.
6. Best for the lowest published sedan rate: Titanium Limousines
Titanium Limousines publishes a full rate card on its fleet page, from a Toyota Noah to a 13-seat minibus. Its Mercedes E-Class at S$70 an hour is the lowest published hourly rate for a Mercedes sedan among the providers we checked. Corporate packages can be hourly, daily or event-based, and it sends the chauffeur’s name and number before the trip. A press release it issued says it was founded in 2012. The rates page doesn’t say whether ERP, parking or GST are included, so the real gap to other providers is unknown until you get an all-in quote. Titanium Limousines
| Criterion | Rating | Evidence |
| Covers the full executive week | Good | Airport transfers, hourly hire and corporate packages |
| Monthly or recurring option | Not stated | “Corporate account management” mentioned without terms |
| Price you can see before booking | Good | Full rate card published; inclusions not stated |

Good fit for: cost-conscious bookers who will ask for an all-in quote before confirming.
Watch-outs: inclusions and cancellation terms aren’t published, and some links on its site point to a different domain.
7. Best for a rental car with a driver: Goldbell
Goldbell is a car-rental group. Its corporate car rental page says it provides a driver and vehicle for companies that need an in-house chauffeur, plus driver management, fleet management, and a dedicated account manager. Its limousine service covers corporate transport for executives, board members and visiting VIP clients. Limousine rates include the vehicle, insurance, fuel, parking, ERP, and the chauffeur; GST is added on top. It suits a company that wants the executive’s car on rental terms, not a chauffeur-service contract. Goldbell
| Criterion | Rating | Evidence |
| Covers the full executive week | Good | Airport transfers, hourly charter and corporate limousine transport |
| Monthly or recurring option | Good | Long-term rental with a driver for in-house chauffeur needs |
| Price you can see before booking | Limited | No rates published; GST added on top |
| Written waiting and change terms | Good | 50% charge within 24 hrs of pickup; full charge within 12 hrs |

| Included | Vehicle, insurance, fuel, unlimited mileage, parking, ERP, chauffeur |

| Airshow, F1 and IMDEX | Special event rates quoted separately |
Good fit for: HR or fleet teams that want a car and driver on the company’s rental account.
Watch-outs: no published prices, and a two-working-day reply time is slow for a visit next week.
8. Best when plans may change at the last minute: SIXT ride
SIXT ride is the chauffeur arm of the SIXT brand. In Singapore, it offers airport transfers, fixed-price one-way rides, and hourly bookings in Business, Business XL, and First classes. Its key term for a moving schedule is free cancellation up to an hour before the booking starts. It says the price stays fixed even if your arrangements are delayed, and one account works across 45+ countries. Its Singapore page doesn’t state free waiting time, hourly minimums or who operates the car locally. SIXT ride

Good fit for: travel managers whose executives change plans at short notice, or who book across several countries.
Watch-outs: the page doesn’t state waiting time, minimums, or the local operator.
9. Best for Grand Prix week: Singapore F1 Chauffeur
Singapore F1 Chauffeur states that it is an independent chauffeur service, not affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA or the organisers of the Singapore Grand Prix. Outside race week, it offers corporate, roadshow, and VIP chauffeur services from S$105 an hour. During race week, it plans pickups around road closures and the guest’s access level, something a general provider can struggle with. That week’s cost is high: a 50% to 250% event surcharge, a 12-hour daily minimum on race days, and no cancellations within one month of the race. The 2027 race weekend is 8 to 10 October. singaporef1chauffeur.com

| Executive Business Sedan | From S$105/hr |
| Race-week surcharge | 50% to 250% on standard rates |
| Race days | 12-hour daily minimum, all race days |
Good fit for: executives whose Singapore visit falls in race week.
Watch-outs: outside race week, the providers above fit better, and the race-week cancellation rule is strict.
10. Best for a free afternoon between meetings: Car Tour Singapore
Car Tour Singapore runs corporate car tours for visiting executives, client hosting and delegations between meetings. Its half day is a 4-hour minimum, which it describes as suiting a free afternoon between meetings. An Executive MPV is S$105 an hour, so the half day costs S$420. STB-licensed guides are optional, in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Spanish and German. It doesn’t include transport, but it fills the gap for an executive with a free afternoon who wants to see more than the hotel. cartoursingapore.com

| Monthly or recurring option | Not stated | Multi-day tours billed by the hour |

| Late night (23:00-06:59) | Plus 25% |
| Guide | Optional; cost not stated |
Good fit for: a visiting executive with a free afternoon who wants a guided look at the city.
Watch-outs: the smallest vehicle is a 6-seat MPV, and they don’t offer sedans.
What should a company check before booking an executive car service in Singapore?
Check the total, not the hourly rate. Ask what the rate includes, how overruns are billed, what a late flight costs, and how late you can change or cancel. For a monthly arrangement, also ask about driver continuity, the minimum term and the notice period. Get the answers in writing before the executive travels.
- Does the rate include ERP, tolls, parking and GST (9%, if the operator is GST-registered)?
- What is the minimum booking, and are overruns billed in 15-minute steps or rounded up to the next hour?
- What does waiting cost once the free time runs out?
- How many hours before pickup can you change the time or cancel without paying?
- Which channel works outside Singapore office hours, and who answers it?
- Will the same chauffeur drive the whole stay, and who covers if they can’t?
- Do the chauffeurs hold a PDVL, and can the provider send insurance documents?
- Can bookings go on a company account, with one invoice and PO or cost-centre references?
- For monthly plans: what is the minimum term and notice period, and how are trips outside the agreed pattern charged?
